Questions About Car Donation in WV
You can donate most used vehicles, including cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles and recreational vehicles. Our car donation centers try to take all vehicles regardless of their age or condition.
Your chosen charity will come to collect your vehicle on the date agreed. They’ll tow it away, so there’s no need for the vehicle to be fully functioning.
Vehicle value is determined by the usual metrics, including age, condition, driveability and mileage. Our charities aim to provide you with the best possible market value every time.
Your car title is required to donate. The charity your’e donating to will also take any other documentation such as service or modification history. If you don’t have your title, let us know and we’ll see if your donation can still be accepted.
We work with a host of car donation centers in West Virginia, and you can choose which one you want the proceeds from your donation to go to. These are: Kars4Kids, the American Council of the Blind and Rawhide Ranch.
Certainly. Vehicles will either be sold or salvaged depending on their condition, so our charities will happily take any vehicles that aren’t fully operational too.
